Arrival and Departure

Arrival

Camper check-in time is at the Main Gate/Hamilton Welcome Center between 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Please do not arrive before 2:00 p.m. (This is often the hottest time of day, and our parking lot does not offer any shade.) Parking is available in the designated area, also called the Pony Grove, and overflow parking is available a short distance away from the main gate. All parents should plan on leaving camp by 4:30 p.m.

Luggage will be transported from the check-in station to the lodging area in the camp truck. Campers will check-in at the main gate, receive their camp t-shirt, undergo a quick health screening and then be assigned to their cabin. Parents are required to fill out a Camper Checkout card to let us know who will be picking up their camper. Please do not bring pets to camp.

Reminder: Bring a completed and signed health form and ropes form with you to registration.

Mini-chico sessions: Please arrive at the Main Gate/Hamilton Welcome Center between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. Your camper will register as described above. Pick-up for Chico mini- sessions is the same as the full-week sessions, below.

Departure

Each weekly session will conclude at 9:30 a.m. the following Saturday. You will be able to hear the campers singing the camp song one more time as they are dismissed from the dining hall. Please be sure to bring a photo id so that we can verify your Camper Checkout card.

Parents will find luggage in the parking lot, ready to be loaded. Don't forget to check the lost-and-found and take home crafts from the craft hut.
